Our wood smoked pulled pork BBQ is smoked for over twelve hours, using a blend of hickory and oak wood for a rich smoked flavor. We only use the finest natural ingredients, including all natural meats (no preservatives) and our own dry rub, with a special blend of spices. We also slow smoke ribs, beef brisket, chicken, and sausage. There is no liquid smoke, additives or MSG in our BBQ.
